Since we pulled away from Cold Spring, there’s not been a single day when we haven’t had at least one terrific laugh. And we’ve long since lost track of the number of “head shaking” moments.

Traveling throughout the country and staying in park after park, one thing never fails to surprise us: the names of some of these RVs! We swear that there must be a room somewhere full of men, main-lining testosterone and one-upping each other with who can come up with the most macho names!

Consider just a few of these examples:

  • The Intruder
  • The Defender
  • The Raptor
  • The Monitor
  • The Grand Surveyor
  • Victory Lane
  • Wolf Pack
  • Prowler
  • Rebel
  • Gearbox
  • The Hideout
  • Land Yacht
  • Tsunami
  • King
  • Phaeton
  • Maverick
  • Hurricane
  • Winners Circle
  • Thoroughbred
  • Excelsior
  • Weekend Warrior
  • The Grizzly
  • The Ambassador
  • The Cougar
  • Attitude

And, of course, the very best one yet:

  • Roaming Man Cave

(Okay, we made that one up!)
